We are pleased to offer easy returns for Jane credit or exchange within seven (7) days of the date of delivery. We do not offer refunds at this time. This policy is noted on all of our product pages (within the Delivery & Returns section) as well as the checkout page (within Return policy at the bottom left-hand corner of the page) so you are aware prior to making your purchase, so please be sure to take note before placing your order.
