Jane takes pride in crafting luxurious, handmade jewelry built to last, and we stand by the quality and design of everything we create. Your satisfaction is our top priority, so if your piece doesn’t meet your (or our own) expectations, we are dedicated to making it right.

To stand by this commitment, we are pleased to offer a complimentary limited 60-day Signature Warranty on all of our jewelry from the date your order was delivered. We also offer our Signature Lifetime Warranty on select creations from The Luxury Collection. (You can distinguish between the complimentary warranty included with your piece at the time of purchase in the product's Details & Size section.)

Our complimentary warranty covers any defects or issues related to the craftsmanship of your piece. Our warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear (including scratches, tarnishing, or fading of metals and gemstones), damage caused by improper care (such as exposure to chemicals, exposure to water, excessive force, or a piece getting caught on an external object), or any issues resulting from or after alterations made by a third party. Any third-party repair or resizing service voids the warranty as we cannot guarantee the craftsmanship of a third party.

We take every concern seriously and are here to ensure your Jane experience is as luxurious and seamless as it should be. To initiate a warranty claim, please visit the Returns & Warranty Center at returns.janejewels.com. Our easy-to-use platform will prompt you to provide details of what happened and upload high-resolution photos of your piece (please provide as much detail as possible). Once submitted, please allow 1-3 business days for our warranty team to review the information you provided. Once approved, you will receive a complimentary pre-paid shipping label via email for you to mail your piece to us. (Kindly note that we are not able to provide shipping labels for international clients whose return shipment is originating outside of the United States or Canada. International postage in this case is the responsibility of the client.)

Once we receive your piece, it will undergo a comprehensive quality review by our design team (so we can understand what happened) and a complimentary White Glove Repair (which is completed entirely in-house). We waive all material, labor, service, and shipping fees and mail the jewelry back to you free of charge. Kindly note that complimentary repairs take approximately 4 weeks to complete once the piece is received (it can be completed in as soon as 2 weeks and, in limited cases, up to 6 weeks depending on the extent of work required). You can keep track of when we receive your piece by using the tracking number provided via email when the claim is approved.

Refunds will not be issued, nor will exchanges be allowed for a different item, size, or material.

Jane reserves the right to determine if warranty coverage is applicable in its sole discretion. We will not be able to offer warranty coverage for typical wear and tear or third-party interference, however we do offer a lifetime of services for every Jane with our signature White Glove Repairs suite of services, which are offered at cost to Jane clients to ensure your jewelry remains as beautiful and durable as the day you acquired it.
