How do I send my exchange/return back to Jane?Updated 25 days ago
Once you've completed your return, exchange, or warranty claim request on the Returns & Warranty Center, kindly follow these steps when sending your jewelry back to us:
- Securely pack your Jane piece(s). The jewelry must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place, tags and stickers attached, original instructions leaflets, and the jewelry box(es) and pouch(es).
- For daintier chains with a clasp, it's important to pack the piece carefully to avoid tangling during transit. We recommend doing so by letting a small portion of the chain extend out from the pouch and securely fastening the pouch with the end extending out from the top. Please do not put a dainty chain completely within the pouch as this can result in tangling during transit.
- Attach your return label to the package. Please ensure there are no visible shipping labels, barcodes, or identifiers that may be on the packaging from prior deliveries (as this can cause lost or delayed shipments).
- Drop off the package within 28 days to your nearest carrier location. This is only applicable for returns originating from the United States and Canada where Jane provides a complimentary pre-paid shipping label.
- We'll issue your Jane credit or exchange as soon as we receive your return and our returns team has reviewed your piece(s). Kindly note that while we aim to complete the inspection as soon as possible, it can take up to 3 business days.
For international customers, please return your jewelry to the following location (returns originating from the United States and Canada should only use the provided complimentary pre-paid shipping label):
