How long will it take for my order to ship?Updated a month ago

A lead time for each piece is included on all our product pages, the cart, the checkout page, and in your order confirmation email. In order to purchase a Made to Order piece or an item being restocked, you'll also need to acknowledge the lead time via the Add to Cart pop-up.

In-stock jewelry is processed as quickly as possible, and we make every effort to process your order within 24 hours (orders placed before 12 PM EST will ship as soon as the same day). However, due to high order volumes, please allow up to 2 business days. Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval.

When our permanent collection items sell out, we continue to accept orders as we restock. This will be reflected in the Made to Order status.

During high-volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and an estimated delivery date.

Once your order leaves our office, how long it takes to deliver depends on your shipping method selected at checkout.

Our shipping team takes a much-deserved break on weekends and federal holidays, so orders placed on those days will be shipped the following business day.
