I didn't receive an order confirmation email.Updated a month ago

Your confirmation email is sent immediately after your Jane order is placed, however it can sometimes take up to one hour to receive via email due to high order volumes.

If you have not received your order confirmation email after one hour, kindly check your spam inbox (it's likely in there!).

If you still don't see it, contact the Concierge team and we would be pleased to assist you in resending your confirmation email.
