I've placed my order already but I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?Updated a month ago

Please be careful when entering your shipping address. We will always do everything we can to help as long as the order hasn't yet shipped, however shipping addresses cannot be changed if the order has been dispatched. Jane is not responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the Client.

Kindly note that if we are able to help update the shipping address and the updated address is not within close vicinity of the original address provided, there may be additional fees if the cost to ship to the updated address is different than the original label.
