I've placed my order already but I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?Updated 5 days ago

Please be careful when entering your shipping address. To ensure the quickest delivery of your purchase, all Jane orders are processed immediately upon confirmation and are immediately sent to our shipment queue with the information you provided at checkout. As such, orders cannot be modified or canceled once they are placed in order to meet our 24-hour dispatch guarantee. We kindly ask that you double check the shipping address you entered with care prior to finalizing your purchase. By selecting “Pay Now” at checkout, you acknowledge and agree that you are entering into a binding agreement to purchase. This action is final and non-reversible.

As we note in our checkout process: Prior to completing your order, kindly confirm the shipping address you entered is complete and accurate. Please note it cannot be changed after you place your order.

We will always do everything we can to help with Made to Order pieces as long as the order hasn't yet shipped, however the shipping address cannot be changed if the order has been dispatched. Please note that if we are able to help update the shipping address and the new address is not within close vicinity of the original address provided, there may be an additional fee if the cost to ship to the new address is different than the original label that was paid for.

Jane is not responsible for orders shipped to the incorrect delivery address provided by the Client at checkout. For more information on our order policies, please review our Terms of Sale prior to purchase.
