Order numbers for online purchases begin with the letters "JJ" and are followed by 6-8 numerical digits. You will see this on your original order confirmation as well as any supplemental shipment emails.

For in-store/pop-up purchases, your order number is your receipt number and can be found in the subject line of your emailed receipt.
