What is the Return & Exchange Policy?Updated 20 days ago

We always want you to love your Jane and are committed to making it right if it's not the perfect fit.

We are pleased to offer easy returns for Jane credit or exchange within seven (7) days of the date of delivery. We do not offer refunds at this time. (We always want you to be informed prior to making your purchase, which is why this policy is included on each product page in the "Delivery & Returns" section, at checkout, and on the bottom of every page on the Jane website.)

All Jane pieces must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them. We are unable to accept any return if the product shows any signs of wear or has been used or altered (including third-party modifications or repairs) from its original condition in any way. Merchandise must be accompanied by all original packaging and instructions leaflets for a return to be accepted (including jewelry boxes and pouches).

Kindly note that personalized, altered, engraved, and Made to Order pieces, as well as items identified as Final Sale, are not eligible for return or exchange. Certain limited edition and collaboration merchandise may be ineligible for a refund.

A $20 restocking fee will apply per return which is deducted from the credit/exchange value. Return shipping is complimentary for orders delivered to the United States and Canada (a pre-paid label is included in the restocking fee). For all other international orders, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the Client.

Clients planning to export items are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws in connection with such exports. For international orders, prices and shipping fees do not include Import and Customs Duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT), tariffs, brokerage or other fees that may be levied by the destination country. Jane is not responsible for these fees, nor for customs-related delivery delays. If the customer refuses delivery due to government-required costs from the destination country, incurred costs to return the package to Jane are the responsibility of the Client. The order recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws, regulations and restrictions of the destination country.
