What should I do if I received the wrong piece?Updated a month ago
In the rare event that an incorrect piece arrives, please contact the Concierge team within 48 hours of delivery. We’re here to assist and always aim to make the situation right. Kindly include multiple photos of what you received, a photo of your packing slip (this is important to double check as your order shipments may be split if different pieces in your order have different lead times), and your order confirmation number.
