How long will it take for my package to arrive once shipped?Updated a month ago

We offer three domestic shipping services (Ground, Express, and Overnight) to the Continental U.S. and territories (as well as all P.O. boxes) and two international shipping services (International Economy and International Express) to over 186 countries around the world.

Orders received before 6:00 AM ET Monday through Friday are processed and shipped the same day (when all items are in-stock). Orders placed after 6:00 AM ET Monday through Friday will be processed the following business day (when all items are in-stock). Jane does not ship on the weekends or U.S. holidays. Mixed-availability orders will ship once all items are ready to ship. Made to Order pieces will ship in accordance with the lead times noted prior to purchase.

Once your piece(s) have shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include a link to track your shipment.

Delivery time is quoted in business days (not including weekends) and is in addition to the standard processing time.

Please note that complimentary Express Shipping on orders $500+ requires a signature upon delivery for security purposes.
