Why hasn't my order shipped?Updated a month ago

Be sure to check the product page for the production time associated with your Jane piece. A lead time for each piece is included on the product page, cart page, checkout page, and in your order confirmation email. In order to purchase a Made to Order piece or an item being restocked, you'll also need to acknowledge the lead time via the Add to Cart pop-up.

In-stock jewelry is processed as quickly as possible, and we make every effort to process your order within 24 hours (orders placed before 11 AM EST will ship as soon as the same business day). However, due to high order volumes, please allow up to 72 hours to process your order (during business days). Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval.
