Yes, you’ll automatically receive an email once your return has been processed.

After you ship your return, U.S. customers can track the package’s progress to us using the tracking number on the provided pre-paid return label. Once your return is delivered back to us, please allow 3–5 business days for our team to unbox, inspect, and process your items.

When your return has been processed and meets our return policy requirements, you’ll receive an email confirming either your credit or exchange order, depending on the return method you selected.

If it’s been more than 5 business days since your return was marked as delivered and you haven’t received an update, please reach out to our Concierge team.
