How is the 7-day return period calculated?Updated 20 days ago

Your 7-day return window begins on the day your order is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier. That delivery day counts as Day 1.

For example, if your package is marked as delivered on a Monday, you have until the following Sunday to initiate your return or exchange through our Returns & Warranty Center.

Please note that Jane accepts returns for store credit or exchange only, and all returns must meet the eligibility requirements outlined in our Terms of Sale. Refunds are not offered.
